Services available during the construction phase of a project can include site visits to observe progress and quality of construction and conformance to contract documents, review of shop drawings, verification of work completed, review and recommendations on contractors’ requests for payments and issuance of certificate of substantial completion.

In addition, startup testing and operator training can also be provided as part of construction administration.
