UNL Harper, Schramm, Smith Dormitories

Project consisted of the renovation of the Harper/Schramm/Smith Residence Halls complex over a two year period. The complex was comprised of three, 10-story, high rise dormitories. The three buildings, each with 100,000 sf of floor space, were originally constructed in 1968.
